Standard Bar Packages
All our prices include VAT, staff and equipment. There are no hidden costs, what you see is what you get – so why pay over the odds to an outside catering company when we can manage everything for you at such a competitive price.
The Packages…For as little as £150.00 we will run all your bar needs for the duration of your event. This includes the following:

The RWT Package
The whole day's drinks taken care of, includes Reception drinks, Wines on table and Toast drinks.

RWT "2"
As "RWT", twice as much but not twice the price

The Wedding Package
People drink what they want for a fixed pre arranged amount.

The Bar Tab
Your guests drink for free you pick up the tab

Free drinks available to all guests, all day & night

Customer can pre select the range of products/ drinks available to the guests at pre arranged prices
Price: a deposit will be required, based on the number of guests.
Glasses
All prices include the use of polycarbonate glasses, if you would prefer glassware, we can hire these items to meet your exact requirements. All hired items are charged in addition to the price per head.

Personalised bar
Why not personalise the front of the bar with personal photographs or a logo, you can even keep the branding afterwards! Have a look at what we can offer in our picture gallery
Bar voucher/ beer token
Bar vouchers work well with any cash bar, it’s a great way of giving your guests a complementary drink whilst controlling the bar spend! They are also great alongside the cocktail bar or any other specially selected drinks offer.
Cocktail bar
Cocktail bar can be run either alongside the main bar or on its own.
A wide range of cocktails are available from mojitos to martinis! Or we can make up a cocktail especially for you – just tell us what you like!
Bar games
We can provide outdoor games such as croquet, boule and human sized connect 4 – ask us for more info.
